The Move to Southfield

Shortly after the Florida trip, Marc took a job with AV
Technology in Detroit. He is the computer network (LAN) manager. He is busily
designing the computer and telephone system for AV's new building and revels
in trouble-shooting computer-related problems all day long. Here is an example
of one of the schematics he's been working on:
Since the commute to East Lansing would be too far, we
sold the condominium there and now live at 26973 Farmbrook Villa Drive,
Southfield, Michigan, 48034. It's a beautiful area -- convenient to everything
and in the midst of trees: 
It's the ideal apartment for us now, with much more space than
we had in East Lansing. 
Visitors are welcome as long as you give us enough notice for clean-up!
We have an option to buy it as the complex is converted into
condominums.
In our office, Marc has cleverly installed an ethernet
hub so that the 2 desktop computers and the laptop are all linked together.
The files on all computers can be shared. With the addition of a Newton
personal digital assistant, 2 phone lines, a fax machine, 2 scanners, speakers,
and a digital camera, the "nerd nest" has been transformed into
a truly convenient communications/multimedia center. Who knows -- someday
we may even get rid of all the moving boxes.
