In June, Claire spent a most pleasant week at Utah State University in Logan, Utah, where she conducted a workshop, Modern Technology for Modern Language Teaching.
In September, Marc went to Florida to prepare for the next CALICO Symposium, to be held in March 2001.

We took a whirlwind
trip during the Thanksgiving weekend, during which we first visited
Marc's family in Schenectady and then went to Toronto for the
TESL Ontario conference.
On Christmas Day, Claire will leave for Louisiana. On
the 27th, her mother Mary Alice Kurtzemann and Louis Kurtzemann
will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. Photos
